What started as research for our Poma/Olera designs grew into a deep dive into the world of fruits and vegetables — how they grow, how to store them, and what makes them good for us (and the planet).

Cibus Domus — Latin for ‘house of food’ — will become an online library of this research: a place where you can look up fruits and vegetables to learn how to keep them fresh longer, waste less, and appreciate nature’s variety.
