  British interior design Sir Terence Conran is one of the worlds' most well-known designers. He started his design practice in 1956, founded Habitat in the sixties and has written over 50 books on interior design in the last 5 decades.

  In 1974 Sir Conran opened the Conran shop on Fulham Road, in Chelsea, London. 
  The conran shop has since grown with stores in Marylebone, Paris and Japan, and established itself as a worldwide "leading luxury retailer" 

  The shops' carefully curated collection offers furniture, lighting, home accessories and gifts from established brands as well as up-and-coming designers from around the world.

The Conran stores' description of Waterworks

"A contemporary natural hydration system that waters your plants automatically, Waterworks was designed by House of Thol and is certainly changing the houseplants game.

The Waterworks set consists of a partly glazed terracotta cone, which slowly releases water into the plant through its porous surface, while the glass reservoir with cork stopper holds a choice amount of water in its modern form.

Slipcast by hand in House of Thol’s studio, the terracotta cone connects easily to the bulb-shaped glass, with the stopper corks imported specially from Portugal.
